Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.




Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical improvements.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams while maintaining alignment with U.S. business operations.
Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through delivery with mínimal supervision.
Contribute ideas that improve engineering processes, product quality, and customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of skilled software engineering experience.
Strong experience working within product-focused technology organizations.
Demonstrated ability to independently own projects from planning through deployment.
Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred.
