What You'll Do
Conduct site visit presentations and walk-in pitches for Ananta World, across the PCMC Pune office
and the Jhambe, Satara project site.
Follow up on leads through to closing.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for every prospect.
Coordinate with Telecalling on lead handoffs and with the Sales Team Leader on target tracking.
What We're Looking For
Required
2+ years of real estate sales experience.
Comfortable conducting in-person site visit presentations.
Willing to travel between and work across PCMC Pune and the Satara project site.
Basic CRM proficiency.
Preferred
Experience selling premium or destination-scale residential/hospitality projects.
Local market knowledge of Satara/Jhambe.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
