Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Freshers can apply; prior BPO/Call Center experience is an added advantage.
