Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for CCTV products and solutions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections aligned with company goals.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Bhopal and surrounding regions.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain robust relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.
