Monitor and operate the IBMS/BMS workstation on a daily basis.
Monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and temperature controls.
Monitor electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, energy meters, and lighting controls.
Monitor Fire Alarm System (FAS), PA System, Access Control, CCTV, and other ELV systems.
Attend and rectify system alarms and fault notifications promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks of IBMS equipment.
Troubleshoot DDC controllers, sensors, actuators, field devices, and communication networks.
Maintain daily operation logs, alarm history, maintenance records, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors and OEM service engineers during maintenance activities.
Ensure all systems comply with safety and operational standards.
Support energy-saving initiatives by monitoring equipment performance and utility consumption.
