Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Backend Executive to support backend operations and ensure seamless execution of system-driven processes. This role requires robust communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide backed operational support for IT systems and internal processes.
Maintain and update system data with a high level of accuracy and integrity
Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving basic technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
Track, monitor, and report system or process discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain documentation of workflows, standard operating procedures, and updates
Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiative
Manage assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards
