Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for recent hires.
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
Participate in employee engagement and wellness activities.
Help manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support.
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented workplace.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
