Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Generate and convert leads through digital marketing, walk-ins, channel partners, referrals, and other sources.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales executives and managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare regular MIS and sales reports.




- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth sales execution.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, plotting, or apartment sales.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with robust customer-handling and closing abilities.
- Good knowledge of local real estate markets and sales processes.
