About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern who is interested in learning about real estate research, sales, marketing, and business development. The intern will work directly with senior leadership and get hands-on exposure to real estate projects and the overall property business.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct real estate market and property research.
- Research locations, projects, developers, pricing, and market trends.
- Assist the team with lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Support real estate marketing activities, content, and campaigns.
- Assist in preparing property/project presentations and research reports.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders when required.
- Work closely with senior leadership on research, business development, sales, and strategic assignments.
- Accompany on real estate development and project site visits to understand projects, construction progress, location,



and development potential.
- Collect and organise project information and maintain records.
- Assist with competitor and market analysis.
- Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and other relevant channels.

Requirement

- Solid spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Interest in real estate, sales, marketing, and business development.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for property and development site visits.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.

Duration: 3 Months Location: IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
