- Cost Estimation: Review architectural drawings to calculate material, labor, and equipment quantities.

- Tendering & Procurement: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), evaluate contractor bids, and help award subcontracts.

- Budget Management: Track ongoing expenses, manage cost variations, and forecast final project expenditures.

- Contract Administration: Value completed work, authorize subcontractor payments, and resolve commercial claims or disputes.

- Value Engineering: Suggest alternative, cost-effective materials or construction methods without lowering quality

Pay: ₹13,610.20 - ₹35,000.00 per month
