Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring quality standards, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and applicable industry standards. The role involves coordinating with project, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution and minimize quality issues and delays.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor project/site execution to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct inspections and prepare inspection and quality-control reports.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, production, and project teams.

Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions.

Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality documents.

Track project progress against planned schedules and highlight execution delays.

Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved standards.

Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, checklists,



and reports.

Participate in site meetings and coordinate resolution of technical/quality issues.

Support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Assist in audits and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Knowledge of quality-control and project-execution processes.

Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and ISO-based quality systems.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project-management/ERP software is an advantage
