Patient / Customer Care

- To comply with the quality process & policies of the respective area.

Process Orientation / Documentation

- Coordination of NABH/JCI Committees meetings as per the calendar

- Review Minutes of Councils meetings.
- Ensure effectiveness of committee meetings.
- Collation & Submission of monthly reports & dashboard.
- Annual updation of policies and manuals

Accreditations: NABH/JCI

- Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation

Audits & QI projects

- Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.

- Provide feedback to departments.
- Support and implement QI projects.
- Closure of Non conformities.
- Quarterly audit are conducted

Quality Assurance

- Management of responsible untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.
- RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action.

Preferred candidate profile Required Qualification - MBBS with MHA (Preferable)
