Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Director / Business Head

Location: Nashik

Experience: 3-5years, preferably in luggage, bags, footwear, leather goods, textile products, or other consumer durables.

Job Purpose To lead the overall Quality function across incoming materials, manufacturing processes, finished products, and customer feedback, ensuring that all luggage and travel-bag products consistently meet defined quality, durability, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Key Competencies
- Solid knowledge of luggage/travel-bag manufacturing processes.
- Excellent understanding of fabric, plastic, metal, hardware, zippers, wheels, handles, trolley systems, stitching, molding, and assembly.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC tools and methodologies.
- Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, and continuous improvement.
