We are looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead the Quality Assurance function across all three divisions of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment, with proven expertise in Quality Management Systems, audits, process controls, customer quality management, and continual improvement.

The role will be responsible for driving quality excellence, ensuring QMS compliance, leading ISO and customer audits, strengthening process controls, reducing defects and customer complaints, and developing high-performing Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Quality Assurance function across all three divisions.
- Ensure effective implementation and adherence to QMS, SOPs, quality standards, and defined processes.
- Lead and successfully manage ISO, customer, and system audits.
- Drive internal audits, process audits, compliance reviews, and timely closure of audit observations.
- Guide, train, mentor, and develop divisional Quality Control teams.
- Act as the key Quality interface between customers and the company.
- Analyse quality issues using appropriate quality tools including FMEA, SPC, 8D, RCA, Pareto, Cp/Cpk, and CAPA.
- Drive reduction in defects, rejections, customer complaints, process variations, and recurring quality problems.
- Lead Quality and Production Process Improvement projects across divisions.
- Establish and strengthen preventive quality controls and process monitoring systems.
- Drive standardization of quality processes and best practices across divisions.




- Ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality performance through data-driven analysis and establish improvement plans.
- Drive change management and continual improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, PPC, and other functions to resolve quality-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Preference for Nashik-settled candidates seeking a stable and long-term work setting.
- Strong familiarity with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in handling ISO, Customer, and System Audits.
- Sound knowledge and hands-on application of:

- 8D

- Cp / Cpk

- RCA

- Pareto Analysis

- CAPA
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, process controls, and QC tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven approach.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Proven track record of leading change and delivering measurable results in challenging manufacturing environments.
