Quality Engineer – AI/GenAI & Chatbot Testing

Rate: Up to ₹900/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer – AI/GenAI & Chatbot Testing with strong hands-on experience in AI/LLM application testing, chatbot testing, automation, API testing, backend validation, and end-to-end testing .

Key Responsibilities

- Test AI-powered chatbots, LLM applications, and conversational journeys.
- Validate intent routing, conversation context, fallback, escalation, response accuracy, groundedness, and hallucination scenarios .
- Test agent workflows, tool/API calls, REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations .
- Develop automated UI/API tests using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman/Newman, or REST Assured .
- Perform functional, regression, integration, negative, and E2E testing.
- Validate SQL/backend data and support defect analysis and release testing.




- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–8 years of Software Testing / Quality Engineering experience.
- Hands-on AI/GenAI, LLM, Chatbot, or Conversational AI testing experience.
- Experience validating intent, context, fallback, escalation, hallucination, and AI response quality .
- Solid API and web automation testing experience.
- Playwright / Cypress / Selenium.
- Postman / Newman / REST Assured / Python Requests.
- Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
- REST APIs, JSON, microservices, authentication, and SQL.
- Functional, Integration, Regression, and E2E Testing.
- Git, CI/CD, and Agile.
- Good communication skills.
- Immediate joiner mandatory.

Preferred: RAG testing, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI evaluation tools.
