Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Executive / Quality Engineer to ensure that greenhouse components, materials, fabrication, and finished products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, documentation, process monitoring, and coordination with production and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, components, fabricated parts, and finished greenhouse structures.
- Conduct quality checks during different stages of manufacturing.
- Check dimensions, specifications, material quality, welding/fabrication, coating, and finishing.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, quality records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Identify quality defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Conduct incoming material inspection and verify materials against purchase specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding material quality and quality-related issues.
- Perform final inspection before dispatch of greenhouse structures and components.
- Support root-cause analysis and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintain calibration and inspection records for measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, design, and project teams on quality-related matters.




- Assist in developing and improving SOPs, inspection procedures, and quality checklists.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality inspections.
- Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities.

Preferred Knowledge The candidate should preferably have knowledge of:
- Greenhouse structures and components
- GI pipes, MS structures, profiles, wires, fasteners, and other fabrication materials
- Welding and fabrication quality
- Galvanizing/coating and corrosion protection
- Dimensional inspection and measurement
- Reading engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures
- Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and NCR handling
- MS Excel and quality documentation

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Agricultural Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in greenhouse manufacturing, steel fabrication, agricultural infrastructure, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
