**We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the execution of test plans and test cases.

Experience: 1.5-3 Years (Relevant Experience Only)

Work Mode: WFO

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Priority: Immediate / Maximum 15-Day Notice Period Acceptable

Budget: 10,000-25,000 Monthly (Professional Tax and Insurance Deduction Exclusive)

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday-Friday) (1st & 3rd Saturday will be Holiday) | 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

Leave Policy: 6 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied

Notice Period: 4 Month (Mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Provisional Period: 90 Days

No salary will be provided if the candidate leaves the company within 15 days

Motive

To help ensure the quality and reliability of our products through effective testing and bug-tracking processes.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with BAs and clients to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
- Ensure all bugs are closed on time using the ERP system.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results.




- Maintain clear and organized records of testing activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking systems and test management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with the team in a polite manner.
