2. Look after the various day-to-day quality operations
3. Provide resources required for the control & assurance of quality
4. Coordinate with the marketing & production department for scheduling of production
5. To look after the various quality problems that occur during manufacturing
6. To look after incoming quality control.
7. To take corrective & preventive measures.
