Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases by planning, executing, and monitoring regression tests.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for API testing, automation testing, and manual testing.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and release notes for new features and bug fixes.

- Analyze defect reports from development teams and work closely with them to resolve issues.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field.

- Robust understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience leading a QA team or working as an individual contributor in a similar role.
