- Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios (manual or automated).
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues to ensure high product quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand features and technical implementations.
- Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Maintain documentation of test results and QA processes.
Implementation & Client Onboarding
- Understand client requirements and customize product configurations accordingly.
- Support end-to-end implementation of software solutions for recent clients.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients and assist in feedback incorporation.
- Deliver training and demos to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth handover to support/operations post-implementation.
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Support, Sales).
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their challenges and provide solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of combined experience in QA and/or implementation roles.
- Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and implementation methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and testing frameworks.
- Good client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
- Familiarity with SQL and databases for test validation.
- Prior experience working in SaaS/enterprise product environments.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
