Solid knowledge of Fire Safety Codes, AutoCAD & BOQ.

Key Responsibility:
Ability to handle multiple sites.
Lead and manage project manager, site engineer & site teams.
Ensure firefighting installation works (hydrants, sprinklers, pump rooms, detection systems, suppression systems, etc.) are carried out as per design, codes, and standards.
Robust knowledge of Fire Safety Codes, AutoCAD & BOQ.:
Monitor workmanship, material approvals, and ensure system testing/commissioning meets required standards.
Coordinate with Client, Vendors & Consultants.
Ability to handle pressure & meet deadlines.
Ensure quality, safety & timely project completion.
Manage project cost, billing & documentation.
Resolve site issues. Prepare monthly progress report.
Anticipate delays, material shortages, site conflicts and implements corrective actions.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, documentation (as-built drawings, O&M; manuals) and handover to client.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
