Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with internal business teams to finalize candidate selections.
Partner and follow up with recruitment vendors for active profile sourcing.
Perform system data entry to generate offer letters and release them via the system.
Coordinate with finalized candidates to collect and verify their KYC documents for onboarding.
Ensure selected candidates accept their offers within the designated timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Robust understanding of HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, joining formalities, background verification, document verification etc.
Fresher MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
