Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced COO from the Oil & Gas industry to lead overall business operations, drive strategic growth, own P&L; performance, improve profitability, and ensure productive execution across projects and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Growth
Define and execute long-term business strategies and growth plans.
Drive profitability, market expansion and business growth.
Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
Lead strategic bidding and strengthen project acquisition.
Monitor industry trends, competition and market opportunities.
P&L; & Financial Management
Own and drive overall P&L; performance and profitability.
Monitor financial performance, cash flow and resource utilization.
Assess project feasibility, margins and commercial viability.
Identify prospects for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Operations & Project Management
Oversee project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Establish and monitor SOPs across Engineering, Procurement, Projects, HR and SCM.
Ensure effective utilization of resources and operational excellence.
Drive process improvement and technology adoption.
Leadership & People Management
Lead and mentor the senior management and functional teams.
Build a high-performing leadership team.
Drive organizational development, employee engagement and retention.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry standards and company policies.
Oversee EHS risk management and mitigation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Identify operational and business risks and implement corrective actions.
Key Requirements
25+ years of overall experience, with robust Oil & Gas industry exposure.
Engineering degree with Management sp
