Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation, including significant experience working with Adobe Marketo Engage in an enterprise environment.
Deep expertise building and managing Marketo programs, smart campaigns, nurtures, operational workflows, webinars, and event marketing initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Marketo forms, landing pages, segmentation, agile content, tokens, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.
Solid understanding of Marketo database management, data quality, deduplication, and governance best practices.
Experience managing Marketo campaign performance, reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices including deliverability, authentication, compliance, preference management, and subscription handling.




Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex Marketo and integration issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, analytics, and technology teams.
Ability to serve as a senior Marketo subject matter expert while balancing hands-on execution with strategic platform optimization.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on with data analytics and advanced automation solutions is a plus
Advanced experience with account-based marketing, spanning automation, CRM, and digital channels.
Experience with Adobe marketing technologies is a plus.
Exposure to AI driven marketing capabilities, including personalization, predictive insights, or workflow automation.
Experience working across multiple regions and stakeholder groups in a complex enterprise environment.
Platform certifications in marketing automation or related technologies preferred.
