Project Manager - Transaction Banking - - (BFSI) - India (IK)

- Role Type: Project Manager

- Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

- Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

- BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 8-10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory.

- Total Experience Required: 12-14 years of overall relevant experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage delivery for Payments, Cards, and Ops Transformation initiatives

- Own project governance activities, including running/anchoring steering committees and working groups

- Manage RAID logs, status reporting, financial management, and investment/business case documentation

- Track delivery using JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity





- Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle activities as Delivery Manager

Required / Must-Have Skills

- Domain: Payments, Cards, Ops Transformation Delivery

- Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more

- Experience managing large transformation engagements, with hands-on project governance experience - running/anchoring steering committees, working groups, and other relevant cadences

- Experience managing RAID logs, status reporting, financial management, and investment/business case documentation

- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity

- Understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the role of a Delivery Manager at each stage

Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills

- Prior experience with a leading global bank (preferred, not mandatory)
