Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Commercial Interiors to manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior and fit-out projects in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site execution, project planning, vendor coordination, manpower management, budgeting, quality control, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete execution of commercial interior projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and daily/weekly work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
- Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure materials are procured and delivered as per project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, work orders, and project documentation.




- Monitor project costs and minimize material and manpower wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing, and final project handover.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in commercial interior / fit-out project execution.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction and finishing works.
- Good understanding of BOQ, drawings, measurements, estimation, and project costing.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and manpower management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project or similar project-management tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience handling office spaces, corporate interiors, retail stores, restaurants, hotels, commercial buildings, or large-scale fit-out projects will be preferred.

Compensation

Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and current compensation.

Location: Bangalore
