Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee erection and commissioning activities on site, including coordination with contractors and vendors.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost control.

Job Requirements :

- 15-20 years of experience in construction management or a related field.

- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from concept to delivery.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
