Role Overview

We're looking for a Project Manager with experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS startup to drive customer implementations and cross-functional delivery for our digital learning platform. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, Learning Experience, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality digital learning solutions and ensure customers successfully launch and adopt the Serein platform. This role requires strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects for Serein's digital learning platform.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Learning Experience, Instructional Design, Content, Design, and Customer Success.
- Partner with customers to successfully launch digital learning programmes, e-learning content, and platform implementations.
- Track project health, resolve blockers, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve delivery processes and build scalable implementation playbooks as the business grows.




- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product to continuously enhance the learning platform and user experience.

You have

- 3-6 years of experience in project management, implementation, programme management, or customer delivery within an EdTech, Learning Technology, B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or technology startup.
- Experience delivering digital learning, e-learning, LMS, or SaaS implementation projects.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Content.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving execution in a fast-paced startup.
- Highly organised, proactive, data-driven, and accountable with a solid sense of ownership.

Nice to have

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, or workplace learning solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Notion.
- Exposure to instructional design, learning content development, or learning operations.
