Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage dredging projects from planning to execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality standards, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage dredging projects as per project scope and timelines

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations

- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and equipment deployment

- Prepare project reports, MIS, and progress updates for management

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Ensure quality control and adherence to technical specifications

- Handle procurement coordination and logistics for project requirements





Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Marine Engineering or related field

- 510 years of experience in dredging, marine, or infrastructure projects

- Robust knowledge of dredging operations, equipment, and methodologies

- Good leadership and team management skills

- Strong planning, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in river/port dredging projects

- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
