Job Purpose To manage end-to-end new store openings, renovation and fit-out projects across malls and airports, ensuring timely completion, quality and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage retail projects from site handover to store opening.
- Coordinate with mall management, airport authorities, contractors, vendors and consultants.
- Supervise civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & MEP works.
- Review shop drawings, layouts, BOQs (Bill of Quantity) and technical specifications.
- Monitor project timeline, budget, quality and safety.
- Obtain required statutory approvals, NOCs and work permits.
- Manage contractors, quotations,



work orders and project bills.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely snag closure and handover.
- Manage renovation and maintenance projects with minimum business disruption.
- Prepare regular project status and cost reports.
- Ensure contractors comply with safety rules and mall/airport regulations.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, contracts, and completion records.
- Travel to different mall and airport locations as required.

Qualification & Skills

- Degree/Diploma in Civil/Construction/Architecture/Engineering.
- Experience in retail, mall, airport or commercial fit-out projects preferred.
- Solid project management, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project management tools is an advantage.
