Key Responsibilities:

1. Current Product Development (NPD)

- Track and report NPD project progress to management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure milestone achievement.
- Highlight risks, delays, and resource needs proactively.
- Support validation, trial runs, and readiness for production launch.

2. Infrastructure / Civil / Business Expansion Projects

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of infrastructure, civil, and business expansion projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, specifications, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications.
- Conduct periodic site reviews, manage project documentation, and provide progress updates to management.

3. Facility Improvements

- Identify facility improvement needs related to safety, productivity, and efficiency.
- Drive execution and follow-up of improvement projects through internal teams and external service providers.




- Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations during implementation.

4. Industrial Engineering s Special Assignments

- Support productivity improvement initiatives such as line balancing, layout optimization, and time C motion studies.
- Work on cost reduction, process optimization, and capacity enhancement projects.
- Execute special technical or strategic assignments as directed by management.
- Prepare analytical reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

- BE / B.Tech in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA in Operations, Project Management, or General Management is an added advantage.
- 512 years of relevant experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Process Industries.
- Strong techno-commercial background with experience handling CAPEX projects, vendor negotiations, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of industrial engineering methods and lean tools preferred.
