Role Description The Project Engineer will manage and support engineering projects from initial planning through execution and completion. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kozhikode and involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, assisting with electrical engineering designs, and supporting installation and commissioning activities.

The Project

Engineer will monitor progress,



address technical and operational issues, help maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role also requires clear communication of project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning, including scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience working on site-based engineering or construction projects, preferably in an industrial or infrastructure environment.
- Ability to analyze technical issues, propose practical solutions, and make informed decisions under time constraints.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety practices, and basic project management tools or software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
