We're Hiring: Business Analyst Consultant (Product Management)
Location: Chennai, India (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office)
Experience: 58 Years
Core Responsibilities:
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with Product Managers and technical teams.
Map business processes and translate requirements into Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for upcoming sprints.
Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, and Validation teams to support UAT and product delivery.

What You Bring:
A degree in Tech, Business, or Information Systems 5 -8 years of BA experience.
Robust background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Clinical Research is a huge plus!
