Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the execution of multiple interior finishing and fit-out projects across locations.

- Develop project execution strategies to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Drive operational excellence by monitoring project planning, resource allocation, and productivity.

- Coordinate with Project Heads, Clients, Consultants, and Vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and statutory requirements.

- Review project progress, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage project profitability, cost control, and cash flow.

- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.





- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Support business growth by improving operational processes and project delivery systems.

- Expertise in high-rise residential, commercial, and interior finishing projects.

- Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and project controls.

- Experience in handling multiple large-scale finishing projects simultaneously.

- Solid commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
