To create, optimize, and manage machining programs for CNC, VMC, Sliding Head, and TMC machines ensuring precision, efficiencand productivity while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Responsibility:
- Programming CNC, VMC, Sliding Head, and TMC machines using Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Brother controllers.
- Developing and modifying programs based on drawings, models, and product requirements.
- Collaborating with the NPD and production teams to ensure seamless current product development and part machining.
- Optimizing cycle times, tool paths, and machine parameters for best performance.
- Troubleshooting program issues and assisting operators during setup and initial runs.
- Maintaining records of all programs, revisions, and tooling information.
- Supporting continual improvement initiatives and ensuring minimal rework and rejection.
