Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Program Associate to support and execute initiatives focused on Female Labour Force Participation Rate (FLFPR), community leadership, mentorship, youth engagement and college partnerships. The role involves stakeholder coordination, program execution, events, mentoring initiatives, research, reporting and impact tracking.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and execute FLFPR roundtables, speaker sessions and other program initiatives.
- Coordinate with speakers, mentors, colleges, community leaders and other stakeholders.
- Manage college outreach, onboarding and internship-related initiatives.
- Drive mentor onboarding and mentor mentee mapping.
- Coordinate speed mentoring sessions and manage community leadership programs with different colleges.
- Support the planning and execution of events, consolidation events and other engagement activities.
- Coordinate college placement sessions and institutional partnerships.
- Prepare and maintain program dashboards, trackers, reports and impact data.
- Coordinate newsletters, blogs, magazines, LinkedIn content and other communication material.
- Support website, calendar, gallery and other program updates.




- Ensure timely follow-up with multiple stakeholders and closure of assigned activities.
- Conduct research and support documentation, impact measurement and reporting related to FLFPR and community initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned programs and ensure activities are executed within defined timelines and targets.

Qualifications

- Experience: Fresher to 1.5 years.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up and execution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Canva.
- Strong writing, documentation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable working in a quick-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Candidates with exposure to FLFPR, women empowerment, community development, CSR, education or social impact programs will be preferred.
