We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and responsible Production & Packing Helper to join our team in Jagadhri.

No formal qualification or previous experience is required. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, willingness to learn and interest in working with us for the long term.

The main work involves helping prepare and finish our products, along with packing and basic warehouse work. The job is not highly physically demanding.

Responsibilities

Your work may include

- Preparing a paper-based material mixture and applying it to product surfaces
- Smoothing and finishing products carefully
- Packing finished products
- Labelling products and packages
- Counting and checking stock
- Keeping the work area and warehouse clean and organised
- Helping with other day-to-day production and warehouse tasks

Your responsibilities may increase as you learn the work and develop your skills.

Requirements

Preferred, but not required:
- Previous warehouse, packing or production experience
- Basic English reading/writing
- Experience with similar hands-on work

No formal educational qualification is required.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 working days per week
- 1 weekly off
- Weekly off can be decided through discussion
- Overtime may be available when required

Who We Are Looking For We are especially interested in someone who wants a stable, long-term job and is willing to learn current skills.

You don’t need to have a lot of experience. Attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important than qualifications.

We are primarily looking for candidates who can regularly commute from Jagadhri or Yamunanagar.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
