Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end production activities, achieving production targets, maintaining quality, controlling manpower/material utilization, and ensuring timely completion of elevator component manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules.
- Manage shop-floor operations, manpower, machines, and materials.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor quality, rejection, rework, scrap, and productivity.
- Coordinate with Planning, Design, Purchase, Stores, QA/QC, Maintenance and Dispatch.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, BOMs and production specifications.
- Implement 5S, Lean, Kaizen and process-improvement initiatives.




- Ensure production safety and shop-floor discipline.
- Prepare daily/monthly production MIS and performance reports.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant production experience.
- Elevator/Lift Components Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on ground-level/shop-floor manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, cutting, bending, drilling, assembly and related manufacturing processes.
- Good manpower management, problem-solving and production planning skills.
- ERP/MRP and MS Excel knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
