Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Production Executives/Managers and Quality Executives/Managers to oversee daily production activities in our pet food manufacturing unit and Food processing Plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and following safety and hygiene standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and food safety guidelines during manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine performance and report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.




- Follow GMP, HACCP, and hygiene standards in the manufacturing process.
- Reduce production losses and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
- Train and guide production workers on SOPs and safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to handle shop floor operations efficiently.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology/Food Science/Dairy Technology/Packing Technology
- Freshers or candidates with manufacturing experience can apply.
- Experience in food or pet food manufacturing is preferred.
