– Production Assembly Supervisor Position: Production Assembly Supervisor Location: Bawana, Delhi Salary: Up to ₹20k to 25k per month (Based on experience, skills, and interview performance) Weekly Off: As per company policy Job Summary We are hiring a responsible and experienced Production Assembly Supervisor to oversee the assembly line for bathroom fittings and ensure smooth day-to-day production operations. The ideal candidate will lead the assembly team, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure a secure and disciplined work environment.

Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily assembly line operations and monitor production activities.

- Allocate work to assembly operators and helpers efficiently.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
- Monitor product quality and minimize rejection and rework.
- Verify proper assembly of bathroom fittings and accessories.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.




- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Train and guide assembly workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and testing equipment.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the production team.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines and PPE usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the shop floor.

Qualifications - Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant production experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience - 1–2 years of experience in production or assembly supervision.

- Experience in bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, brass fittings, plumbing products, hardware manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.
