Role & Responsibilities:

- Support product planning, development, and lifecycle management activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

- Develop and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and business requirements.

- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.

- Coordinate product launches and stakeholder communications.

- Support business growth through product enhancement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, or related roles.

- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

- Experience in requirements gathering, market research, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
