Primary Responsibilities:

- Defines and supports cross-portfolio initiatives and capabilities from specific business problems / market needs; all initiatives tracked
- Drives creation of strategic themes (capabilities) to define and roadmap long running initiatives
- Be able to work across multiple products to identify synergies
- Act as the liaison between Business, Engineering Teams, and project management groups
- Build trust and relationship through transparency using roadmap
- Drives vision and content of future releases by decomposing work in to features and user stories and aligning appropriately in backlog in accordance with high level product strategy
- Define & implement best practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements,

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of product management, product development or equivalent work experience preferably in Health care and claims data
- 5+ years of experience with requirements management, project management, and complex projects and activities
- Experience in delivery of software solutions, understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Knowledge of product management roles and responsibilities
- Working knowledge of databases, database structures, xml, json
- Proven self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision and drive results with disciplined follow-though
- Demonstrated solid strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people, strategies, and recommendations with business objectives
- Demonstrated solid analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to describe data/capability stories and explain value to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an ambiguous and matrixed workplace
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
- Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, solve, and implement solutions to issues

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with test plans and test cases
- Healthcare experience
- Cloud experience
- Knowledge of Data Strategy
