YourToken is Looking for:**** We're hiring a Product Manager to own a brand-new AI product layer for YourToken - from the ground up. This isn''t a backfill it''s a net-current, high-visibility hire that will report directly into the C-suite and shape one of the most strategic bets in the company''s roadmap.

YourToken sits on a rich data asset — store performance, ad platform data, and analytics across hundreds of merchants. The AI layer you build will turn that data into specific, actionable, data-driven suggestions that help merchants get more value out of YourToken''s products. You''ll define the vision, build the product from scratch, and eventually hire and lead the team behind it.

What You'll Do

- Define the product vision and strategy for YourToken''s new AI layer
- Translate that vision into a detailed product document and a working proof of concept (POC)
- Work closely with the CEO and C-suite to align the AI roadmap with company strategy
- Design AI-driven, data-backed recommendations that help merchants optimize their use of YourToken''s products
- Build out and lead a dedicated AI product team (hiring for this team begins ~1 month after you join)
- Own the path from POC to onboarding early merchants — success in the first 6 months means shipping a working POC and getting real merchants using it

What We're Looking For





- Deep e-commerce domain expertise — this is the top priority. You understand how D2C/e-commerce merchants operate, what drives their decisions, and where the gaps are.
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable working closely with engineering on integrations and product architecture, even if you''re not writing code yourself
- Experience taking a product from 0-to-1: defining scope, writing specs, and shipping a POC
- Prior experience in big data, AI/ML, or business intelligence is a strong plus
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with direct exposure to founders/C-suite — Willingness to eventually hire and lead a small product/AI team
