- Experience: 7-10 Years Lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale real estate and construction projects, covering materials, services, contractors and consultants.

- Develop procurement strategies, sourcing plans and procurement schedules aligned with project timelines and budgets.

- Manage vendor identification, pre-qualification, RFQs/RFPs, techno-commercial evaluations and negotiations.

- Evaluate and finalize contractors and suppliers based on cost, quality, capability, capacity and delivery performance.

- Drive cost optimization, value engineering and commercial negotiations to achieve project savings.

- Manage purchase orders, work orders, contracts, rate contracts and vendor documentation.





- Monitor supplier and contractor performance, delivery schedules, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with Project Management, Design, Quantity Surveying, Finance and Construction teams to ensure timely procurement.

- Prepare procurement dashboards, MIS, spend analysis, vendor performance reports and management updates.

- BIG4 / Real Estate Consulting / PMC / EPC / Construction procurement experience preferred, with robust negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
