The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills and experience in industrial or welding produ

cts.

itiesAchieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory/
zone.Develop current markets, customers, distributors, and industry segm
ents.Generate recent business opportunities and expand market s
hare.Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and key custo
mers.Conduct product presentations, customer visits, welding trials, and technical demonstrat
ions.Coordinate with production, logistics,



and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfac
tion.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportuni
ties.Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure excellent after-sales sup
port.Analyze sales performance, prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and business p
lans.Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational g

oals.

rofileBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA prefe
rred).5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Welding Consumables, Industrial Products, Steel, Engineering, Metal, Fabrication, or Manufacturing indus
tries.Strong understanding of channel sales, dealer/distributor management, and industrial
sales.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management s
kills.Proficient in MS Excel, sales reporting, and data ana
