Role and Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality educational videos, promos, reels, and course content for The True Topper
Work with academic and marketing teams to understand video requirements and convert scripts into engaging visuals
Add graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects to enhance learning experience
Maintain brand consistency across all video content and social media creatives
Manage raw footage, organize assets, and maintain video library
Stay updated on edtech trends, video formats, and editing tools to keep content fresh
Collaborate with the Business Development team to create pitch videos and client presentations for schools
Deliver projects within deadlines while meeting quality standards
Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and school presentations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Media,



Mass Communication, Animation, or any relevant field
2-6years of experience in video editing, preferably in edtech, e-learning, or digital marketing
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut. Knowledge of Canva and basic motion graphics is a plus
Solid storytelling sense and understanding of pacing for educational content
Positive communication skills and ability to take feedback
Portfolio of previous work required
Fluency in English and Hindi preferred

Salary: 18,000 - 35,000 per month
