Job Description Objective

Drive digital growth across Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Listings, Pricing, Supply Chain coordination, and Digital Amplification for Torrents key categories - Wires, Switchgear, Switches - across Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Qcommerce, and upcoming D2C.

Key Responsibilities

Digital growth expert with solid experience in Amazon/Flipkart Sellers Hub, performance marketing across Search, Meta, and YouTube, and managing listings for technical products.

Overall
Drive GMV growth across marketplaces and D2C while improving CVR, AOV, and funnel efficiency.
Create and optimize high-quality listings (keywords, images, A+ content) for core categories.
Own pricing strategy, benchmark competition, and execute seasonal promotion calendars.
Forecast demand for rapid-moving SKUs and improve fulfilment, packaging, and stock availability.
Strengthen ratings and reviews by increasing velocity and closing the feedback loop.
Execute performance marketing across Search, Meta,



and YouTube to drive ROAS and CAC efficiency.
Enable regional and audience-based targeting to scale brand and category growth.
Track performance through dashboards, A/B testing, and continuous competition analysis.

Experience and Qualification
10+ years in Electricals, Durables, FMCG, or Marketplace-led categories.
MBA in Marketing. Solid experience with Amazon/Flipkart Sellers Hub. Experience managing listings for technical products.
