Job Description

Our client, a leading global organization specializing in energy management and automation solutions, is looking to hire a Consultant - Senior Mechanical Lead to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Should Cost Analysis, Cost Benchmarking and Reverse Engineering projects.
Analyse moulding, stamping, casting, machining, forging and surface treatment processes.
Develop cost models covering materials, processes, tooling, labour and overheads.
Drive cost reduction, value engineering and process improvement initiatives using Kaizen/WAVE methodologies.
Lead small teams and manage global client/stakeholder relationships.
Work with machine shops, tool rooms, production facilities and assembly lines.
Present benchmarking findings and cost-saving recommendations to senior leadership.

NOTE:

Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Location: Bangalore
