Job Title: Probationary Insurance Officer (PIO)

Stipend: 18,000 per Month

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Support

- Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Support achievement of branch-level business targets.
- Participate in lead generation and customer acquisition activities.

1. Bank Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
- Support branch activation and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with banking partners to maximize insurance penetration.
- Actively participate in branch-level sales campaigns.

1. Customer Engagement & Service

- Meet and interact with bank customers to understand their financial protection needs.
- Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Assist customers with proposal filling and documentation.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey.

1. Learning & Development

- Attend structured training programs on insurance products,



sales processes, and customer service.
- Develop knowledge of Life Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services.
- Learn relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Work closely with experienced managers for practical exposure and mentoring.

1. Operational & Compliance Management

- Follow company policies, IRDAI regulations, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality and process standards.
- Promote ethical and customer-centric sales practices.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with bank staff, sales managers, and internal support teams.
- Participate in business reviews and performance discussions.
- Support strategic initiatives and business growth activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate

Freshers

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer orientation and relationship-building ability

Interest in Sales, Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services

Local candidates preferred
