About the Role

Buransh Valley School is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and child-friendly teachers for its academic team. Candidates should have knowledge and teaching capability in one or more of the following subjects: English, Social Science, and Computer.

Depending on the candidate's subject knowledge, experience, and teaching ability, the selected teacher may be assigned to teach Primary Classes as well as Middle School Classes, up to Class VIII.

Freshers with good subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English, Social Science, and/or Computer according to the candidate's subject knowledge and school requirements.
- Handle classes primarily at the Primary Level, with the possibility of teaching students up to Class VIII.
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and effective classroom instruction.
- Prepare lessons and teaching materials as per the prescribed curriculum and academic requirements.
- Ensure that students understand concepts clearly and develop a strong foundation in the respective subject.
- Conduct classwork, homework, worksheets, tests, and other academic assessments as required.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, safe, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Use appropriate teaching methods, activities, and practical approaches to make learning interesting and interactive.
- Support students with different learning abilities and provide additional guidance wherever required.
- For Computer teaching, provide students with basic theoretical and practical knowledge appropriate to their class level.




- Maintain proper academic records and complete assigned teaching-related responsibilities within the required timelines.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, examinations, academic activities, and other responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in a relevant or suitable discipline.
- B.Ed. will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge and teaching ability in one or more subjects—English, Social Science, or Computer—are eligible to apply.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with 2 or more years of relevant teaching experience will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the required subjects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Good command of English, particularly for candidates applying for English teaching.
- Basic computer knowledge and practical understanding for candidates applying for Computer teaching.
- Ability to manage and engage students effectively in the classroom.
- Patience, responsibility, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teaching.
- Willingness to teach different classes based on school requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for teachers who are passionate about education, enjoy working with young learners, and are willing to contribute to the academic development of students from Primary Level up to Class VIII, depending upon their subject expertise and teaching capabilities.

Pay: ₹9,798.18 - ₹16,000.00 per month
